Yankee Mobs! Rep. Tim Bishop Gets an Earful

I watched a series of YouTube videos last night from a town hall meeting with Rep. Tim Bishop. The town hall attendees (er, sorry, wild-unmanagable mob) were amazing, they asked Bishop pointed questions and did not let him wiggle out of them with empty rhetoric. The best question came from a veteran, who called Bishop out for touting the greatness of the VA medical system. Rep. Bishop vacillated between exasperation and outright contempt. He makes no attempt whatsoever to hide the fact that he’s going to vote how he sees fit, regardless of his constituents’ feelings.
Seems to be a running theme with the elitist congressional reps these days.
Outside the town hall. Hearing the crowd sing “God Bless America” simutaenously gave me chills and brought tears to my eyes. Our great republic is on the precipice of extinction. Okay, and I also wondered how Rev. Wright might sing it.
